As Room and Public Area Attendant for Wright Park Hotel, you are essential to maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of guest rooms and public spaces. Your role ensures a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests by performing thorough cleaning, restocking supplies, and promptly addressing cleanliness standards.
- Ensure that guest rooms are cleaned, well-maintained, and fully stocked to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for all guests.
Specifically, you are responsible for:
●Greeting guests and responding to queries
●Sweeping and mopping floors
●Vacuuming carpets
●Dusting and polishing furniture
●Restocking beverages and food items in the mini bar
●Returning and restocking cleaning cart at shift end. Clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless
●Replace used linens, towels, and amenities as needed, ensuring a fresh and pleasant environment
●Replenish guest supplies (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) and ensure that all in-room equipment is in good working order
●Report any maintenance issues or damage in guest rooms to management promptly.
●Follow established safety procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
●Ensure that all public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms, are kept clean and well-organized
●Handle guest requests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
●Maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail in all guest rooms
●Ensure the proper use of housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies to maximize efficiency
●Assist in inventory control by ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked and maintained
●Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and co-workers
●Updating the status of guest rooms on the assignment sheet
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least high school graduate or has a TESDA certification
- 1 year related experience
