- Must have a bachelor's degree in IT or any related courses.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the context of data management, deletion, or analytics projects. (Non Negotiable)
- Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a full pledge Business Analyst (Non Negotiable)
- Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management. (Non Negotiable)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis. (Non Negotiable)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. (Non Negotiable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. (Non Negotiable)
- Project management experience and experience with agile methodologies are a plus. (Non Negotiable)
- Work Setup: On-site: 3 days and 2 days WFH, office is located in Makati City.
- Preferably Can Start ASAP, 2 weeks' notice. (Non Negotiable)
