As a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) in the Client servicing & reporting area, you will contribute to the overall strategy by ensuring that data is readily available in real-time for clients, colleagues and regulators. You will drive and potentially lead projects using your experience as a business/data analyst. You will work closely with diverse personalities across the hubs and manage internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for building out and delivering the business requirements, business processes and resolving business constraints.

Manage stakeholders by providing timely updates regarding progress, impediments, and priorities.
Ensure business requirements are translated and managed via the backlog through 'user stories' (what is needed, for whom and why) and use of scrum teams (how) to realize targets and mission the best way possible.
Ensure the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear.
Clear communications with key stakeholders across the domain to come up with a roadmap and defined by product backlog for continuous improvement.
Work closely with the Product Owner to achieve the best overall results and understand the backlog prioritization
Utilize Cognos, SQL and/or related skillset to provide timely reports to stakeholders

Job Qualification:

Experience in Project Management (Agile or Waterfall)
Experience in Lending – Risk and Finance domain
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or any related field
Experience/Knowledge in Loan IQ application
Understand organizational changes and ability to translates what needs to be done in a strategic sequence with alignment to the appropriate stakeholders.
