About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Onboarding and Credential Verifier. In this role, you will play a vital role in facilitating the clinical practitioner onboarding process to include management of hospital privileges, medical licensure, personnel files and other related processes. You will maintain existing clinical practitioner credentials and privileges to ensure facility staffing continuity and uninterrupted company operations.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Onboarding:

• Coordinate all pre-boarding activities, including collecting new hire information, processing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process.
• Facilitate access to necessary resources ensuring orderly onboarding process. Credential Verification:
• Meticulously verify the authenticity of educational degrees, professional licenses, and other relevant credentials submitted by candidates such as medical license, DEA and certifications.
• Utilize resources and databases to conduct thorough background checks, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of all verification processes and outcomes.
• Perform data clean up activities
• Communicate with credential issuers, candidates, and hiring managers as needed to resolve discrepancies or obtain clarifications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or a similar role
• Strong organizational, time management, and research skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (a plus)
• Familiarity with credential verification tools and databases is a plus
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service
