As an SME/BA, you will be responsible for providing expertise in payment solutions within the banking sector, particularly focusing on transaction banking and payment cycles. Your role will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including clients, to understand their needs, analyze requirements, and
provide tailored solutions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with local central bank regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
● Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in payment solutions within the banking domain, with a focus on transaction banking.
● Demonstrate expertise in payment cycles, including SWIFT messaging (MT & MX), clearing systems, and settlement processes.
● Stay updated with local central bank regulations and ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
● Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements
● Conduct software demonstrations and presentations to showcase proposed solutions to clients.
● Provide guidance and support to internal teams on payment-related matters
● Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in payment technologies, incorporating them into our solutions where applicable.
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payment processes.
Requirements:
● 7-10 years of relevant experience in transaction banking, payment solutions, or related areas, with a focus on SWIFT messaging.
● In-depth knowledge of payment cycles, SWIFT messaging standards (MT & MX), and familiarity with local central bank regulations.
● Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
● Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
● Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction
