- Support LMS Admins and Program Owners to manage the learning management system to keep content up-to-date and other deployment needs in the system.
- Support Program Admins in deploying courses and learning Plans in LMS.
- Manage mailbox to support internal & external user inquiries and requests.
- Work with Vertiv IT and LMS vendor to escalate Level 2 and 3 support requests.
- Maintain learning content in the LMS by creating and uploading courses.
- Updating course tagging and setting.
- Encode course assessment in LMS.
- Help manage the ticketing system to keep track of all open issues and generate periodic reports.
- Create Course Enrollments
- Manage users in LMS by updating and uploading external users.
- Follow the existing checklist and make sure the courses are setup appropriately - Course QA Checklist
- Create job aids or other instructional guides provided by Team Lead and LMS Administrators.
- Maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for all LMS users.
- Bachelor's Degree (in Technology, Computer Science, Training, Business Management, Human Resources, Organization Development, Communication) or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year experience with Learning Management Systems or other technology platforms
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel)
- Good technical troubleshooting skills for Tier 1 support
- Familiarity working with reporting systems is a plus
- Familiarity in training, curriculum design, and training evaluation is a plus
- Can create Job-aids and documentation processes using provided templates is a plus
