    Talent Outsourcing Channel is currently seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients.

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance via phone, email, and chat.

    You will strive to deliver a positive and personalized customer experience with each interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a customer-oriented mindset.

    You should be able to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.


    Responsibilities:
    Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance via phone, email, and chatResolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective mannerEnsure customer satisfaction and loyaltyCollaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutionsMaintain customer records and update databases with relevant informationAdhere to company policies and proceduresRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plusPrior customer service experience is preferred but not requiredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to multitask and work under pressurePositive and customer-oriented mindsetFlexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
