    We are seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Representative to join our team. This candidate will have a deep understanding of telemarketing and the primary focus of this role is outbound and inbound sales lead generation for all sales and services related to warehouse space, office space, commercial parking, and other services Cubework has to offer. He or she will be responsible for building relationships with potential leads and providing excellent customer service for both prospects and existing customers.

    Responsibilities:

    · Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell warehouse space, office space, commercial parking spaces, and related services.

    · Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions tailored to their requirements, including scheduling appointments for estimates.

    · Be able to make 100 calls a day for outbound sales while still maintaining inbound leads from the company database.

    · Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

    · Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by following up with leads, closing deals, and coordinating with onsite team/s

    · Process potential leads efficiently and update the sales tracking database regularly.

    · Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills during customer interactions to ensure a positive experience.

    · Provide outstanding customer service to build rapport and trust with potential clients.

    · Exhibit exceptional organization skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

    · Work independently while maintaining an upbeat, friendly, and positive attitude.

    Required Experience:

    · BS/BA Degree preferred, but not required

    · Great communication skills

    · Telemarketing- 2 years' experience minimum

    · Sales- 2 years' experience minimum

    · Customer Service experience, 2 years minimum

    · Account Management experience preferred.

    · Marketing background preferred

    · Must be fluent in English

    · People- person with an upbeat attitude

    · Self-motivated and reliable
