- Write proposal content, including technical, management, past performance, staffing, resumes, various plans, and executive summaries.
- Write responses to various government requests to include RFx, Sources Sought, and Evaluation Notices.
- Peer Review and edit sections drafted by others
- Create content from various sources into a compliant, compelling and comprehensive proposal response.
- Ensure final submission is compliant with RFx requirements and instructions.
- Tailor existing response to meet the requirements of the RFx.
- Participate in color team reviews on others' proposal as a content or compliance
reviewer. - Experience preparing and writing proposals in federal environment
- Understanding of RFx requirements and instructions.
- Proven technical writing skills and track record of creating compliant, compelling, and comprehensive proposal responses.
- Organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a lead writer on technical proposals.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and write about complex topics.
- Strong attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant topical area and/or English, Communications, or a
technical discipline required. - Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)

- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
