    Position: SEC/ Financial Reporting Analyst

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate across departments to gather necessary information for workpapers supporting internal and external financial reporting requirements.
    • Check received information for accuracy and completeness to ensure proper disclosures.
    • Organize and reference all supporting documentation for SEC filings.
    • Assist in preparing disclosures for quarterly and annual reports to the SEC, complying with US GAAP and other regulations.
    • Help prepare quarterly earnings release documents, such as press releases and investor decks.
    • Aid in preparing footnote disclosures for quarterly and annual filings, covering areas like commitments, investments, and equity.
    • Contribute to developing a reporting structure to meet new ESG rules.

    Key Skills:

    • Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
    • Capable of working under tight deadlines as needed.
    • Prior experience in technical accounting.
    • Desirable to have prior experience in technical accounting research.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
    • CPA or equivalent preferred.
    • Prior audit experience in an international CPA firm.
    • Preferably, experience in auditing public companies.
