    Role Overview

    The Offshore Career Sales Advisor will be responsible for re-engaging prospective students — particularly older or harder-to-reach leads — with the goal of building relationships and guiding them through the full sales pitch. Once fully trained, the advisor will operate in alignment with OCA's Australian sales team, ensuring a consistent, supportive, and student-first approach to enrolments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively contact and re-engage prospective students who have enquired about OCA courses.
    • Deliver a structured sales pitch to present course options, benefits, and pathways.
    • Use OCA's Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track engagement, and record outcomes.
    • Apply lead scoring to prioritise follow-ups and focus on high-conversion opportunities.
    • Maintain a 360-degree view of each prospect to personalise conversations and overcome barriers to enrolment.
    • Support prospective students by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing clear next steps.
    • Work closely with the Australian Careers Advisor team to ensure alignment of messaging, process, and outcomes.
    • Meet or exceed sales and conversion targets while maintaining a student-first approach.

    Skills & Experience

    • Previous sales, customer service, or call-centre experience (education industry preferred but not essential).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
    • Proven ability to follow a sales process and close enrolments.
