    We're Hiring: Candidate Manager

    Location: Remote

    Type: Full-time, Dayshift

    We're looking for experienced Candidate Manager to join our growing team — proactive, organised professionals who can confidently manage multiple recruitment pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

    You must have hands-on experience recruiting for IT roles, including infrastructure, network, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, IT support, systems administrators, business analysts, project managers, and other technical positions. A solid understanding of IT hiring requirements and candidate profiles is essential.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Candidate Sourcing

    • Proactively source candidates through Seek, Indeed, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM databases
    • Build targeted pipelines for technical or real estate roles
    • Maintain high-quality talent pools for immediate and future vacancies
    • Create visually appealing Canva ads to attract top talent

    Candidate Engagement

    • Send initial outreach messages via LinkedIn and other platforms
    • Qualify and pre-register candidates, coordinate onboarding forms, and schedule interviews
    • Gather required documentation and follow up as needed
    • Keep candidates warm, engaged, and informed throughout the process

    Consultant Support

    • Provide pre-screened and pre-sourced candidate lists for active roles
    • Tag and organise candidates in the CRM for efficient shortlisting
    • Prepare draft candidate summaries for consultant review
    • Assist in scheduling interviews, assessments, or site visits

    Administration & Compliance

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the CRM
    • Update availability, licences, compliance documents, and reference details
    • Assist with system updates, data imports, and ongoing CRM maintenance

    Business Development Support

    • Capture potential client details from calls, job ads, and LinkedIn research
    • Support consultants with building prospecting lists and email outreach
    • Monitor competitor job ads and document market insights

    Relationship Building & Continuous Improvement

    • Build rapport with candidates to support long-term engagement
    • Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and processes
    • Collaborate with consultants to deepen industry knowledge and recruitment best practices

    About You

    To succeed in this role, you will have:

    • Hands-on IT recruitment experience across multiple domains (infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, IT support, systems, and project roles)
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage both candidates and hiring managers
    • High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
    • Experience using CRMs, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter to source and track candidates
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment
    • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience
