    We are looking for passionate and talented Human Resources Generalist Managerwho wants to join our growing #iopexhappyatwork team.

    As Human Resources Generalist Manager you will take ownership and help improve the #iOPEXhappyatworkteam of iOPEX Technologies Philippines from the hiring process, compensation and benefits, employer brand, employee engagement, employee relations, compliance, performance reviews, and build strategic frameworks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct supervision, guidance, and mentoring.
    • Support with all HR-related matters
    • Develop and recommend strategies for process improvements.
    • Assist with the companyâs finances and monitoring
    • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
    • Creates a positive work culture supporting employee engagement activities
    • Develop and implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountability
    • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
    • Guide the employee and companyâs actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines, communicating, and enforcing the companyâs mission and vision
    • Manage employee development plans and performance management, database and prepare reports
    • Deliver and submit reports on general HR activity
    • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law

    Qualifications:

    • Must be a College Graduate of Psychology, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
    • Should have at least 3 to 4 years of leadership role along with 5 to 8 years of progressive leadership experience on a BPO set up
    • Must have strong decision-making skills and strategic thinking abilities
    • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
    • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems
    • Strong knowledge of Human Resources regulations and practices
    • Solid understanding of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Word, Operating Systems, and the Internet)
    • Superior interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Results driven with ability to work independently
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize and adhere to strict deadlines
    • Well-organized, and has keen attention to details
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Good understanding of business cycles, budgeting & financial management
    • Customer centric and enabling people performance
    • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
    • Able to communicate and interact effectively and strategically with all levels of the organization
    • Someone who is creative, enthusiastic/energetic, and with strong people management and team management experience
    • Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees
    • Must be willing to work on Night Shifts and Shifting Schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
