    CUSTOMER ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE)

    JOB REQUIREMENT:

    • 2+ years of experience working in an inside sale capacity
    • Dynamic personality
    • A winning mindset
    • Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals
    • Experience or willingness to work from home
    • Experience in high-volume calling
    • Experience learning new technology and data
    • Experience working with or similar CRM

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Initiate high-volume outbound telephone calls as follow up to marketing campaigns and
    • inbound 'leads' (from website, events, webinars) to understand audience interest and probe
    • companies to understand organization structure and important points of contact to further
    • the sales discussion
    • Convert qualified leads into closed sales
    • Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to secure new customers
    • Reach a mastery of sales training and closing sales
    • Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all
    • interactions with customers and prospects
    • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured
    • Work remotely, commutable to a designated Concentrix Office in Costa Rica. Details subject
