    Overview:

    As the Head of Digital Marketing/Sales, you will be responsible for leading and executing the overall digital marketing and sales strategy of the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, customer behavior, and sales techniques.     Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and sales strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Collaborate with other department heads to integrate digital initiatives into the overall business plan.

    2. Team Leadership:

    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing digital marketing and sales team.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
    • Set clear performance targets, monitor progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

    3. Digital Marketing:

    • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.).
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

    4. Sales Management:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
    • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and enhance customer satisfaction.

    5. Brand Management:

    • Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms and campaigns.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and maintain a strong brand identity.
    • Monitor online reputation and implement strategies to enhance brand image.

    6. Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage the digital marketing and sales budget.
    • Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor expenses and adjust budgetary allocations as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing and sales leadership roles.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and trends.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
