- Work with Product Owner and Scrum Master in managing the configuration of the application based on business requirements and Emerson/Digital HCM standards, focusing on Oracle HCM Learn module.
- Assist in the implementation of Oracle HCM Learn module in different world areas.
- Analyze, test, and implement new system features.
- Facilitate existing customer functionality enhancements.
- Assist in testing new configurations before migrating to the Production environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or other related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in project implementation and business support with Oracle HR, Recruit, Talent Management, and/or any Learning Management System.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work on a midshift schedule.
- Experience with Oracle processes around Oracle HCM modules/applications is a plus.
- Experience working with agile teams and operating with SAFe agile implementation practices is a plus.
