Key Responsibilities:

1. Occupational Health & Employee Wellness:

Provide basic medical care and first aid to employees in case of illness or injury.
Conduct health assessments and wellness checks for employees as needed.
Maintain an accurate record of employee medical histories and consultations.
Promote health and wellness programs (e.g., vaccination drives, health talks).
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician instructions.

2. Processing of Employee Benefits:

Handle the processing of company-sponsored health benefits, including Self-Administered Health Program (SAHP) enrollment and government-mandated benefits.
Assist employees with PhilHealth, SSS sickness, and maternity benefit claims.
Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for reimbursements and medical clearances.
Facilitate the enrollment of employees' dependents in Maxicare, upon coordination with the employees.
Conduct health benefit orientation to newly regularized employees.
Serve as the person-in-charge during company annual physical examinations.

3. Compliance with DOLE and OSH Standards:

Ensure the company adheres to DOLE and OSH health and safety requirements.
Facilitate workplace safety compliance programs in coordination with the Safety Officer.
Maintain and submit required reports to DOLE and OSH as mandated.

4. Submission of DOLE and OSH Compliance Reports:

The Company Nurse will be responsible for preparing and submitting the following reports to DOLE:
Workplace Accident/Illness Report (WAIR) – Submitted every 30th of June and December.
Annual Medical Report (AMR) – Due every 30th of January.
Employer's Work Accident/Illness Report (WAIR-DOLE 13 Form) – Submitted within 24 hours of an incident.
Notification of Establishment Safety and Health Program – Required for compliance with OSH standards.
First Aid Treatment Report – Record of first-aid cases handled at the workplace.

5. Administrative and Coordination Tasks:

Coordinate with the Safety Officer and HR on workplace health and safety initiatives.
Manage medical supplies and equipment inventory.
Assist in emergency response planning and drills.
Keep records of pre-employment and annual medical exams of employees.

Qualifications:

Must be a licensed nurse (RN); newly licensed nurses are welcome to apply.
Must have knowledge of or be willing to learn about DOLE and OSH regulations.
Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
