    We are looking for a proactive and customer‑oriented Service Desk Analyst to provide first‑level technical support to end users. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the IT field.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
    • Hardware (PCs, laptops, peripherals)
    • Software and applications
    • Network connectivity
    • User account/password issues (Active Directory, O365, etc.)
    • Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/Level 3 teams as needed.
    • Follow standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
    • Assist with device setup, installation, configuration, and updates.
    • Ensure timely resolution of tickets and meet defined SLAs.
    • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, helpful attitude.
    • Support onboarding/offboarding tasks (account creation, access provisioning).


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or relevant work experience).
    • 1–3 years of experience in IT Service Desk / Technical Support.
    • Basic understanding of:
    • Windows OS / Mac OS
    • Microsoft 365 applications
    • Active Directory / user management
    • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi)
    • Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk, FreshService, etc.) is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.


    Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

    • ITIL Foundation certification.
    • Exposure to remote support tools.
    • Basic troubleshooting of mobile devices (Android/iOS).


    Work Setup

    • Schedule: Shifting (every quarter or depends on the needs of the project)
    • Setup: Full RTO
    • Location: Cavite Economic Zone Dr, Rosario, Cavite
