    The Role

    As a Business Performance & Planning Officer, you will be responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis by preparing and updating profitability models, monitoring budgets, and assisting in Opex and revenue tracking to enable informed decision-making for the Credit Cards Division. You will also execute MIS reporting and performance analysis, including P&L reports, campaign and initiative simulations, and profitability reviews, while identifying insights to improve business performance in collaboration with Risk, CLA, and other units. In addition, you will coordinate with Business Unit Heads and SMEs to gather and validate data for reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for business reviews and performance management.

    How you'll contribute

    • Creates profitability models / framework / analysis that would support Credit Card Division's Departments
    • Assists in the monthly deep dive on ULD's financial performance and drivers update with the Business and Finplan
    • Conduct in-depth review of revenues and expenses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Provides support on the annual budget preparation for ULD
    • Weekly KRA and P&L indicators to monitor actual performance vs budget and forecast
    • Create reports and implement MIS enhancements
    • Conduct simulations for campaigns and new initiatives to assess financial impact.
    • Performs campaign / product initiatives profitability review in collaboration with the Business and Product managers and related SMEs

    What we're looking for

    • With 3-4 years of relevant work experience
    • With Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, or Banking.
    • Has experience in FP&A, Business Planning, and Data Analytics, with strong ability to conduct profitability reviews and performance analysis.
    • Preferably with experience in MIS reporting and performance analysis, including P&L reports, campaign simulations, and profitability reviews.
    • With effective interpersonal and communication skills, with proven capability in conflict management, problem-solving, and project management.
