Overview
Network operational and cooperation center is under DITO network O&M, responsible for the network interconnection scope. We are shouldering the responsibility of DITO's external extension and content. We need a data assistant to handle daily payment and budgeting related work.
Functions and Responsibilities
Bill Processing and Payments:
Accurately process incoming bills and invoices.
Ensure timely payments of all bills, avoiding any late fees.
Maintain organized records of all transactions.
Budget Assistance:
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual budgets.
Track expenses and flag any overages.
Provide reports to management on budget status.
Cash Flow Management:
Assist in developing and maintaining cash flow projections.
Monitor daily cash balances and prepare reports.
Identify potential cash flow issues and suggest solutions.
Data Entry and Management:
Enter financial data into our database with high accuracy.
Regularly update and maintain financial records.
Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data.
Employment Standards

Job Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Electronic Engineering, or
related.
● Proven experience as a data assistant, finance assistant, or similar role.
