    You know you are the right fit if you are/have:

    • At least 5 years of extensive work experience in the Analytics field, preferably from banking, finance, or insurance industries
    • At least 2 years people management experience
    • Excellent knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau or other data management and visualization tools
    • Extensive knowledge with strategy decision making and management
    • Very good communication skills

    As part of our growth, your tasks include:

    • Manages and supervises a team of analysts to achieve department and company goals
    • Responsible for reporting, analysis, strategy proposals based on the analysis & segmentations logic, propose, and implement system process changes
    • Responsible for development of reporting dashboards at regional, district, commodity levels and other segmentations as needed
    • Responsible for coaching and development of analysts on technical, analytical and process knowledge

    Other analytical tasks as needed
