    Job Overview

    Support a fast‑growing academic services program by managing the full onboarding lifecycle and ongoing compliance of part‑time tutors. As a Tutor Onboarding & Compliance Coordination Specialist, you will ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and consistently maintained. This role combines hands‑on onboarding assistance with compliance tracking, documentation auditing, and communication with newly hired tutors and existing team members.

    Salary

    • Php 18,000 monthly (this excludes perfect attendance bonus of Php1,000.00, night differentials, potential account specific incentives, etc.)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Facilitate onboarding for newly hired tutors, ensuring all forms and requirements are completed accurately.
    • Maintain and track compliance documentation for existing tutors on an ongoing basis.
    • Audit onboarding files and ensure they align with company and program requirements.
    • Coordinate with internal teams regarding status updates, documentation needs, and compliance timelines.
    • Manage multiple onboarding and compliance processes simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
    • Maintain confidentiality and ensure that sensitive information is handled securely.

    • Graveyard shift

    Ideal Candidate

    • Required: Strong organizational and time‑management skills for handling multiple processes at once.
    • Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to build rapport with diverse individuals.
    • Required: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
    • Preferred: Experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent acquisition.
    • Preferred: Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Paycor or other recruitment software.
