- Assists the AOS in handling difficult concerns and cases
- Cascades new internal policies and guidelines to the Account Officers if any
- Conducts Sales Presentation as maybe required by Top Management
- Collaborates with the intermediary Sales regarding the renewal strategies of their accounts
- Conducts inter departmental meetings in coordination with AMS
- Assigns staff to conduct special projects
- Recommends to Top Management some strategies and activities that will help renew existing accounts.
