    Job Description:

    Crisis and Incident Management

    • Manage incident escalation and resolution for proper corrective and preventive action
    • Develop strategy to address high-risk cases together with functional teams for immediate and proper resolution
    • Drive incident report collection and review submissions for completeness

    Initiative Review and Execution

    • Advise teams on the risks associated with their new initiatives, policies or process modifications, and review their mitigation plans if sufficient or requires more action
    • Strategize mitigation plans alongside functional teams for high-priority initiatives
    • Lead in project management for select high-priority projects and able to strategize execution to achieve results

    Risk Management

    • Perform audits on high-risk processes that expose the organization to unwanted and unnecessary risk to improve risk controls and close gaps
    • From Incident Reports, identify root cause and work with functional teams to facilitate implementation of new policies and processes to address them

    Requirements:

    Experience Requirement:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 3-4 years of experience in analytical, problem-solving roles in a fast-paced environment
    • Has relevant experience with exposure to any of the following: risk management, corporate or public affairs, internal audit, consulting, corporate governance and communications
    • Experience in doing end-to-end project management and has initiated multiple projects already
    • Experience in formulating and implementing strategic communications and partnership plans
    • Preferred but not required: Experience working in logistics industry

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal skills able to effectively communicate verbally and written and collaborate with stakeholders of all levels
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills able to make sound decisions based on available facts in fast paced environments
    • Ability to assess issues and recommend solutions with a balance of business vision and practical implementation
    • Can process large-amount of data to create strategic plans or process review/audit roadmap to address business objective
    • Able to write communications materials for internal and external stakeholders on various topics
    • Proactive, collaborative and sensitive to organizational complexity
    • Comfortable dealing with change, ambiguity, keeps balance in a dynamic high pace environment
    • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
