- Conducts new hire interviews and provides feedback to Operations
- Conducts classroom process training, up-training, and cross-skilling for new hires, tenured, and transfer employees of the specific process
- Provides clinical capability development trainings to Operations frontline staff to meet operational requirements (e.g., Clinical Preprocess Training for USRN trainers)
- Monitors attendance during the entire process training
- Formulates effective exercises or assessments for essential learning improvements
- Monitors and evaluates operations, programs, processes, and/or practices for quality and effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvement
- Continuously plans and organizes the training course and design suited to the needs of the process
- Ensures compliance with client and organizational policies and procedures
- Reports directly to the client updates on the training class or process clarifications
- Deliberates new hires that need support and coaching
- Monitors trainee post-nesting performance for the first three (3) months after endorsement to Operations
- Establishes and defines the structure of the learning context
- Conveys leadership to individuals and teams within scope
- Implements and demonstrates efficient training methods
- Collaborates with the team for effective knowledge and skills transfer indispensable to process and business needs
- Develops and implements an effective system for process updates as required by the process or clients
- Updates training curriculum on an ongoing basis with the help of the Content Development Team
- Conducts team huddles and provides floor and online support for process updates
- Assists in assessing and addressing developmental and training needs of employees across the process through Training Needs Analysis
- Conducts follow-up training sessions to measure training effectiveness
- Collaborates with Quality and Operations for process improvements
- Contributes to production by processing bills or cases, or by taking inbound calls, in the absence of a training batch or requirement
- Creates training dashboards and attends weekly and monthly business reviews
- Participates during client visits
- Supports processes in the migration phase
- Steps up for the process in the absence of the Assistant Manager
- Excellent classroom management and training effectiveness
- Quality and precision of reports, deliverables, and production
- Adherence to attendance and schedule
- Development and implementation of effective systems for cascading process updates
- Initiation of proposals for process improvement
- Assessment, evaluation, and analysis of training needs through follow-up sessions
- Strict compliance with client and organizational rules and directives
- Maintains client and customer relations at a professional level to guarantee client satisfaction
