- Assist in wellness sanctuary operation projects as requested by management.

- Experiences in Spa/Fitness/Wellness/retail/hospitality/customer service/HR administration preferred.
- Proven experiences as recruiting specialist or talent acquisition specialist for wellness/retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, tools and online job boards and Hiring software systems.

Job Summary:
The recruiting and project specialist is primarily responsible for all aspects of recruitment process, from the initial job posting, attracting the right candidates to final employment contract completion. As a secondary responsibility as time permits, this role may be assigned assisting operational projects in the areas of customer services, email management, scheduling coordination, hiring outreaches and ad hoc operational projects. The most recruited roles are massage therapist, acupuncturist, estheticians, front desk concierges, cleaners and attendances, department supervisors and managers, but can include roles in sales and marketing and other areas of the company.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talents, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and the ability to create a positive candidate experience. This position plays a critical roles in ensuring Redmint secure the human capital necessary for its success and growth.
