    Job Description

    • Manage the company's daily operations and finances.
    • Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase online and retail sales and expand the customer base
    • Manage and lead a team of sales, marketing, and customer service professionals
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and suppliers
    • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with new technologies and innovations
    • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, shipping, and delivery

    The Successful Applicant

    • Strong experience in overall general management function with emphasis on E-commerce, Finance, Operations and expansion projects.
    • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth in both retail and e-commerce spaces.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
