Job Overview

As a Senior Audit Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting through comprehensive audit procedures, contributing to the success and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting, in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify control deficiencies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor audit team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate professional development.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand business processes, address concerns, and deliver value-added audit services.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to enhance audit methodologies and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Senior Associate in audit.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.
• Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading audit engagements and managing teams.
