    Job Summary:

    The Director of Operation Standardization plays a pivotal role in ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all operational processes within the organization. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to drive standardization initiatives and streamline operations.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and implementation of standardized operating procedures across all departments and functions.
    • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to document existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Establish clear guidelines, protocols, and best practices to standardize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Ensure SOPs are documented, regularly updated, and easily accessible to all relevant stakeholders
    • Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to redesign processes, eliminate waste, and improve productivity.
    • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and cost savings.
    • Stay abreast of industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements relevant to the organization's operations.
    • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance and mitigate risks.
    • Lead change management initiatives related to process standardization, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for standardized processes
    • Address resistance to change proactively and facilitate adoption through education and collaboration
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of standardized processes
    • Monitor performance metrics regularly and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations
    • Supervising the Operations Standardization Officer

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, or related roles.
    • Extensive experience in any franchise retail store
    • Experienced in startup environments or during initial setup phases.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
    • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, compliance standards, and best practices.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Change management expertise, with a track record of successfully implementing process changes and driving organizational transformation.
    • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.

    Good to have:

    • Master's degree
    • Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies
