- Lead the development and implementation of standardized operating procedures across all departments and functions.

- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance and mitigate risks.
- Lead change management initiatives related to process standardization, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for standardized processes
- Address resistance to change proactively and facilitate adoption through education and collaboration
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of standardized processes
- Monitor performance metrics regularly and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations

- Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, or related roles.
- Extensive experience in any franchise retail store
- Experienced in startup environments or during initial setup phases.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, compliance standards, and best practices.

- Master's degree
