- Requires 35 years relevant experience, a professional license or specialized training, or a more thorough knowledge of a technical field of the practices, procedures, and/or approaches of a professional field
- Requires knowledge of policies and procedures and the ability to determine a course of action 5 years' work experience in the same field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Prior experience processing seafarers' preemployment medical requirements, Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) / Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) documents, Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) documents, travel documents, and Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping (STCW) / Flagstate Training / Licenses, and Visa processing
- Experience on transactions with licensing and accreditation agencies
- With good organizational and communications skills
- Technologysavvy
- Displays high customer service through ontime response to queries
