    The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with business needs. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers while improving time-to-hire and candidate experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    End-to-End Recruitment

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level to mid-level positions
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
    • Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are met

    Sourcing & Talent Attraction

    • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles
    • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

    Screening & Selection

    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
    • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with hiring managers
    • Ensure fair, consistent, and competency-based selection processes

    Offers & Onboarding Support

    • Prepare job offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements
    • Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and HR operations
    • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and records

    Reporting & Process Improvement

    • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, acceptance rate)
    • Prepare recruitment reports and updates for management
    • Identify recruitment challenges and recommend improvement actions

    Qualifications & Skills

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

    Experience

    • 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
    • Experience in volume hiring or fast-paced environments is an advantage

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good interviewing and assessment skills
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions
    • Familiar with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and applicant tracking systems
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines

    Other Requirements

    • Willing to support hiring drives and occasional extended work hours
