    The client was formed in March 2017 and is a software implementation, training and consultancy company for professional services organizations. They are based in Auckland, New Zealand and assisting customers globally.

    They are software implementation partners for Xero, WorkflowMax, FYI, ClickUp and have experience in a broad range of integrated solutions.

    They core services to clients include software implementation projects, workflow process development & automation, system reviews, data migration services, training and ongoing support.

    Role Information
    Are you excited about modern web apps for running business operations, integrated tech stacks, AI or automations We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a 'Virtual administrator / Project Assistant'. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting businesses (mainly accounting firms) across New Zealand and Australia go cloud and move onto high powered platforms.

    What We're Looking For:
    • Tech enthusiast: We're seeking someone who's genuinely passionate about technology
    • Project management: You should be comfortable working on project tasks / assignments with deadlines
    • Quick learner: The ability to swiftly adapt to new systems and follow processes
    • Fundamental browser skills: Browser profiles, multi tabbing, clearing cache/cookies, refreshing, managing bookmarks.
    • Fundamental Microsoft skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    Preferred, But Not Required:
    • Data Processing: Data processing and Excel skills
    • Experience with Xero practice software: Familiarity with Xero or Xero Practice Manager
    • Experience with FYI practice software: Familiarity FYI
    • Experience with project management/task software: Familiarity with ClickUp, Jira, Monday, Asana, Notion or similar workflow tools.
    • CPA Qualification: If you have or are progressing towards a CPA qualification, that's great, but it's not a deal-breaker.
    • Accounting Background: Candidates with some experience working in public practice for an accounting firm will have an advantage.
    • Industry Flexibility: While prior experience as an accountant is a bonus, it's not mandatory. This is primarily a systems development and consulting role.
