- Serve as a product expert, product evangelist and the voice of the stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders and management to identify product enhancements and consolidate input
- Work with the marketing, support and development teams to identify and document user stories and requirements
- Develop and maintain a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for the product
- Lead product design, write users stories and detailed requirements
- Apply your expertise to analyze and better understand how users interact with our products
- Define and quantify the impact of new products and/or features being considered for inclusion in a product release
- Define and drive functional and technical strategy and product roadmaps
- Define Users Experiences and Reports required for the solution delivery.
- Work with technology and integration teams to define integration processes and requirements
- Assist in product testing, analysis and diagnosis
- Document procedures, standards, best practices, configuration settings and sequences, user's manual and training material.
- Past experience in banking software design.
- A great communicator. You communicate in a professional and personable manner, provide transparency and reporting to stakeholders and management.
- Team Player. You love being the decision maker, coordinator, go between and referee for all product and functional decisions.
- Software enhancements. You love working with customers to come up with ways to improve the software to make their life better. You can articulate the business value and impact of why a functional or technical improvement or enhancement is justified.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Industry knowledge. SWIFT messages, Private banking, wealth management, Temenos Triple'A Wealth Suite.
