    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Accepts unit enrollment on site and forwards the documents to head office

    2. Maintains an updated and accurate monthly inventory of keys

    3. Ensures safekeeping of keys

    4. Keeps an updated and accurate Masterfile of units enrolled

    5. Offers enrolled units to prospective tenants

    6. Posts units in marketing websites online

    7. Entertains lease inquiries received on site (walk-in), by phone and email

    8. Conducts unit viewings

    9. Interviews prospective tenants and gets complete documentation for contract preparation

    10. Negotiates lease terms between tenant and owner

    11. Forwards complete information to his superior for contract preparation

    12. Assists in the contract signing between owner and tenant

    13. Reminds tenants of contract end-dates and confirms if they will renew or move-out

    14. Assists in the move in and move out of tenant

    15. Submits complete signed documents to Head Office for billing and collection of commission due. Presents and includes the deposit slip if commission is paid by the owner.

    16. Informs owner of commission due to SMDC Leasing and co-broker when applicable

    17. Coordinates unit concerns when assistance is asked

    18. Resolves complaints and concerns of unit owners, tenants, PMO and brokers that are brought to her attention. Escalates complaints that are beyond her level to handle

    19. Regularly attends head office meetings.

    20. Fosters strong relationships and good teamwork among everyone in the Leasing group

    21. Participates in all company and Leasing group-initiated activities.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

    1. Must be a graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable college or university.

    2. Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience related to leasing.

    3. Must be focused, detailed, motivated, resourceful, and a team player.

    4. Can work under pressure.

    5. Must have a positive work attitude.

    6. With good oral and written communication skills.
