- Lead the product design team in the creation of innovative and user-centered designs for our B2B and B2C in-house products and platforms (SaaS, POS, customer facing products to name a few).
- Develop and implement design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize user experience.
- Be a strong advocate for research, collaborate effectively with stakeholders (product managers, marketing, Commercial), translate research into design decisions, and communicate the value of research to stakeholders
- Be the champion for user-centered design and advocate including research throughout the design process.
- Collaborate with product managers and various business teams to understand business goals and translate them into research goals that will inform the design direction.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into successful design solutions.
- Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide insights into product, technology, and market trends, pre-empting imminent disruptions and identifying opportunities for acceleration.

We are searching for a passionate and creative Product Designer to join our growing team. As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our in-house FoodTech platform product and other emerging tech products in the food & beverage (F&B) industry across the SEA region.
This is an independent contributor (IC) role and the candidate will report directly to the Head of Product. He/she will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of product managers, engineers, Finance, Commercial, and Kitchen Operations among others.
