    Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a business entity affiliated with a global leader in the construction industry. Our esteemed client is seeking an HR Manager who is willing to work in a day shift, onsite arrangement, with a requirement for 50% travel between Makati and Zamboanga per month, as needed.


    About the role:

    The HR Manager provides leadership and supervision to professional, technical, and para-professional staff in delivering fast and highly productive human resources services at the Corporate Office.

    • Performance and Competency Development Planning & Monitoring, Evaluation

    • Information Management
    • Business Knowledge
    • Organization Development

    Key requirements include:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Organization Development, or equivalent.
    • Minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience in HR positions.
    • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
    • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
    • General knowledge of labor/employment laws and practices and experience working with a corporate employment law attorney.
    • Experience in benefits and compensation program administration, as well as other HR recognition and engagement programs and processes.
