    Qualifications:
    a. Bachelor's Degree or completed 2 years in college (depending on the account's qualifications)b. With 1-2 years BPO Experiencec.


    Open to seasonal accountsResponsibilities:

    • Excellent communication and phone skills, with an ability to think and react to situationsconfidently
    • Demonstrate ability to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and negotiate creativesolutions
    • Appropriately communicate brand and corporate position, foster and maintain excellent customerrelationship and build rapport in every customer contact via telephony or written correspondence
    • Able to create a need and emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discusscredit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports for existing customers utilizing web basedtools or proprietary software Experience in sales and client account management is a must. Sales andmarketing experience in the sports and entertainment industry is preferredBenefits
