- Manage the requirements and inquiries of export and domestic customers.
- Ensure accuracy of information (price, payment terms, etc.) from customer's Purchase Order for order advise transmission to Logistics.
- Coordination with plant planning, production, and Logistics teams to ensure product availability when customers need them (right product at the right time).
- Provide timely feedback to customers on the status of their orders; shipping advise for export customers and delivery advise for domestic customers.
- Ensure the accuracy of entries on the sales order advise sent to plant, Logistics, and accounting.
- Responsible in monitoring shipments and advising Sales Managers and customers should there be any delays.
- Communicate necessary information with the customer and with the workgroup.
- Capture and file customer complaints and coordinates with the complaint handling process owner to immediately address customer concerns.
- Directly supervise the function of the Customer Service Representative to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the work processes.
- Ensures implementation and adherence to existing Service Level Agreement with Strategic Customers.
- Own the Strategic Account and Key Account classification process (HLAS Tolling). Ensures proper implementation of the process.
- Joint visits with domestic customers in co-ordination with Sales/Business Manager when necessary.
- Demand planning process - implementation, metrics analysis and continuous process improvement.
- Consolidate and analyze the demand forecast from all territories in Asia – Pacific in preparation for the monthly Sales and Operations Planning.
- Coordinate closely with the respective Sales Managers to obtain significant customer demand changes.
- Communicate demand change to the plant planner in a timely manner.
- Weekly monitoring of the forecast consumption - alerting sales and the plant of drastic demand/consumption changes.
- Coordinate with the supply chain group on the raw material status and production planning of finished goods.
- Coordinate with the plant planner to ensure availability of products when customers need them.
- Coordinate with the Business/Sales Managers on projects for demand plan inclusion, to ensure growth projects are captured in the demand plan.
