Our Retail Banking Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us our branches/stores nationwide in the role of New Accounts.

Your role includes soliciting additional deposit products, selling various financial products, and referring customers to specialized banking services. You are responsible for efficient account opening, managing time deposit transactions, adhering to identification and compliance standards, and ensuring all necessary documents are complete. Additionally, you must comply with anti-money laundering regulations and maintain high standards of customer service.

What the role will entail

Solicits additional deposit products from New to Bank and existing clients.
Sells CLC and Bancassurance products
Refers customers to CBG, EEL, Trust, Wealth & Distribution to improve product to client ratio
Call outs and processes all time deposit maturities for the day and solicits for additional funds
Efficiently processes opening of accounts solicited by the Store Manager, RO, BDSO and SA
Perform proper identification of clients in adherence to the banks policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
Ensures completeness of all documentary requirements for new to bank and existing customers.
Efficiently processes card creation and PIN generation for New to Bank customers
Efficiently performs Time Deposit booking, rollovers, pre-terminations and pay-outs
Performs compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank.
Performs customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the EWB Service Pillars and Service Standards
Conduct of proper AML/KYC Due Diligence upon on boarding and conduct of Enhanced Due Diligence for High Risk Clients
Prompt and accurate reporting of Covered and Suspicious Transactions to the AMLC (automated thru the Compliance Division)
Compliance with the Record Keeping requirement of the AML law, rules and regulations, BSP Circulars on AML and the MLPP
Ensure that the concerned officers and their staff have undergone the required AML e-Learning

What were looking for

Must have at least 2 years branch banking experience for New Accounts Associates
Candidate must be graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking and other related courses
