- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple stores, ensuring alignment with company standards, policies, and performance targets
- Drive regional sales performance by partnering with Store Managers on staffing, merchandising execution, customer engagement, and operational efficiency
- Analyze sales, inventory, and financial reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and implement action plans to improve results
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and leadership teams to build strong pipelines and high-performing store teams
- Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising, store presentation, and customer experience standards across the region
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising and cross-functional teams to roll out promotions, and operational improvements
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance, compliance, and opportunities for process optimization
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail operations, with proven regional or multi-store management experience
- Strong leadership and people development skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams across multiple locations
- Solid commercial acumen with experience in sales analysis, inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with senior leaders and support teams
