Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account (BPO)
Location: Taguig, Philippines

Job Summary
We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our Healthcare Account in Laguna. This is a beginner-friendly opportunity ideal for applicants who are looking to start or grow their career in the BPO industry.
Successful candidates will handle healthcare-related inquiries, assist customers with account concerns, and provide professional support while maintaining data privacy and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls related to healthcare services, benefits, and coverage
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, claims status, and policy information
- Provide accurate and clear information while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions in the system
- Follow company policies and healthcare compliance guidelines
- Meet performance and quality standards
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduates preferred)
- With or without BPO experience
- Experience in healthcare account is an advantage but not required
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work on-site in Laguna
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
