- A Sales Training and Development Manager oversees the RPMMC sales training programs and activities.
- Directs the daily tasks of the sales trainers to evaluate their effectiveness and ensures alignment to the achievement of the company's goals and objectives.
- Responsible for creating or selecting course content and materials by collaborating with the RPMMC Sales force and industry experts.
- Ensures that training methods, content and systems are appropriate
- Oversees all Training & Development calendar/activities/events/modules and presentation materials
- Monitors effective and timely execution of different Training Programs/activities
- Evaluate existing training courses and introduce appropriate changes
- Performance management/evaluation of the Training and Development Team
- Monitors/Assigns/Arranges training workflow schedules and work assignments
- Develop a training feedback mechanism to the management and to the RPMMC Sales Force
