    • Assists in designing comprehensive insurance packages needed by potential clients Develops and maintains personalized service to clients, brokers and agents through frequent communication and visitations Ensures renewal of client's expiring policies Coordinates with underwriting and other departments concerned on the following:Acceptability of the proposed business and placement slipsIssuance of policiesRelease of commission and claims settlement checks Assists the Account Receivable Department.

    • Supervises the Marketing Assistant on everyday transactions and related matters Prepares reports for the weekly Marketing Meeting-Monitors progress of claims filed by producers/clients Prepares and monitors proposals to corporate clients and be able to convert the proposal to an insurance policy.
