    The Medical City Iloilo is seeking a Customer Service Associate who will serve as a vital frontliner in delivering a positive, efficient, and compassionate experience to patients, clients, and visitors. This role plays an important part in upholding the hospital's commitment to service excellence, professionalism, and patient-centered care.

    What's the Role All About?

    The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing courteous, accurate, and timely assistance to patients and guests while supporting daily frontline operations. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Welcome and assist patients, relatives, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
    • Respond to inquiries, concerns, and requests in person, via phone, or through official channels
    • Provide clear information on hospital services, processes, and basic policies
    • Assist in patient registration, queue management, and coordination with concerned departments
    • Address complaints or concerns appropriately and escalate issues when necessary
    • Maintain accurate records, logs, and basic documentation
    • Ensure a safe, orderly, and customer-friendly environment in assigned areas
    • Coordinate with healthcare and support teams to ensure smooth service flow
    • Follow hospital policies, service standards, and confidentiality guidelines

    Qualifications

    • At least Senior High School graduate or Bachelor's degree in any course
    • Open to fresh graduates and entry-level applicants
    • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles is an advantage but not required
    • Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry)
    • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
    • Willing to be assigned to frontline hospital areas
