About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Liaison and Maintenance Support to join our team at Exxel Prime International Trading Inc. This full-time position is based in South Caloocan Metro Manila and will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and facilities management operations of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating and overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our office facilities, including liaising with service providers and monitoring the completion of tasks
- Assisting with the procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and proper inventory management
- Serving as a point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors, and promptly addressing their queries and concerns
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to administrative and facilities management activities
- Supporting special projects and events as needed, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the organization
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or facilities management role, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Must have Professional Driver's License
