- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates and assist in the recruitment process
- Assist in preparing new hire paperwork and orientation materials.
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and setting up new hire logistics.
- Support offboarding process by coordinating exit interviews, collecting company property, and updating HR records.
- Maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
- Handle routine HR inquiries and provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Help employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support HR in maintaining employee handbook and policy updates.
- Coordinate training sessions and programs for employees.
- Assist in maintaining training records and tracking employee development activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative role is a plus. (Work experience or Internships)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is desirable.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
