- Has at least 8 years of experience in project management within insurance domain;
- Proven record of successfully delivering large and complex projects;
- Strong stakeholders management skills;
- An analytical problem solver with data driven decision making abilities;
- Able to work well and motivate cross functional teams across levels;
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities;
- Possess excellent leadership and project management skills;
- Detailed oriented and able to multi-task;
- Able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP Certified.
- Lead project initiation, define project scope, objectives and deliverables;
- Develop comprehensive project plan, timeline and resource allocation;
- Monitor and manage project budget to ensure that financial objectives are met;
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure project efficiency;
- Build and lead a high performing project team;
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and foster collaborative culture;
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with project stakeholders;
- Regularly communicate project status, issues and risks to stakeholders;
- Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies;
- Proactively address and resolve issues;
- Implement and enforce project management best practices;
- Conduct regular project reviews to ensure quality standards are met;
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs effectively;
- Evaluate and communicate the impact of changes on project objectives;
- Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to timeline and plan;
