    Review end of day report per site e.g. escalations, OT, etc.
    Answer Follow ups of Agents in Telegram, WA and Viber - ESCALATIONS only
    Ensure KPI compliance and provide insights and actions on KPI misses
    Monitor Customers with penalties and flag help needed with various stakeholders
    Monitor CSL per assigned accounts
    Review customer receiving time vs standard and flag help needed with field team
    Proactively review status of Customer Complaint if within SLA
    Monitor completion of various CSR enablers e.g. hardwares, IT accounts, etc
    Co-lead monthly synergy meeting with other stakeholders
    Ensure KPI compliance and provide insights and actions on KPI misses
