- Performing duties related to Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivable.
- Day-to-day Accounting reports.
- Posting of Journal Entries and monthly closing of books.
- General Accounting data processing and reporting.
- Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
- Work closely with team members to assist in preparing month-end close and support managers across teams with financial procedures.
- Responsible for success of accurate and timely of month-end close cycle.
- Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Responsible for assisting in the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements, and other related notes.
- Reconcile account balances and bank statements and maintain a ledger to ensure effectiveness and accuracy of all accounting tasks.
- Facilitate meetings with Management to review performance results to ensure organization stays on track with financial goals and expectations.
- Work independently and collectively to achieve stated financial goals of organization.
- Performs other duties as directed by the Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
