• Responsible for the Data Collection Infrastructurexe2x80xafavailability andxe2x80xafperformance during thexe2x80xafMPSxe2x80xafcontractxe2x80xafexecution phase.xe2x80xaf
• Consulted by the Customer Focused Team at various moments in the steady state of the MPS contract.xe2x80xaf

• Contributes to and helps improve the Worldwide Best Practices in Technical Operations acting as Primary Point of Contact for accounts in steady state.xe2x80xaf

Roles, Responsibilities, and Authority:

• To implement Back and Front Office Infrastructure:xe2x80xaf
  • Implementxe2x80xafthexe2x80xafDataxe2x80xafCollectionxe2x80xafInfrastructurexe2x80xafsolutionxe2x80xafasxe2x80xafdesignedxe2x80xafby the Geo Technical Operations Manager. xe2x80xaf
  • Ensure thatxe2x80xafthe properxe2x80xafSecure Customer Connection (SCC) componentsxe2x80xafarexe2x80xafin placexe2x80xafand ready for use.xe2x80xaf
• To maintainxe2x80xafand monitorxe2x80xafthe Back and Front Office Infrastructure:xe2x80xaf Monitor,xe2x80xafmaintain, troubleshootxe2x80xafand administerxe2x80xafthe Data Collection Infrastructure by ensuring that allxe2x80xafthexe2x80xafrequiredxe2x80xafcustomer dataxe2x80xafisxe2x80xafreceived. This includes but not limited to:xe2x80xaf
  • On-going monitoring and regular exception handling for all data elements needed to deliver Lexmark managed services.xe2x80xaf Examples would include ensuring that the data collection environment is collecting required page counts and device alerts to support regular customer billing and proactive services such as Consumables Management.xe2x80xaf Support these processes from a L1-L2xe2x80xafperspective, escalating to WW and/or geo teams as needed according to process.xe2x80xaf
  • Serve as L1-L2xe2x80xafsupport for the underlying system infrastructure used in the day-to-day delivery of data collection services.xe2x80xaf Serve as thexe2x80xaffront-linexe2x80xaftriage and restoration team for the infrastructure, escalating to the WW SMExe2x80x99s and/or Lexmark IT as required.xe2x80xaf
